Genetic programming for prediction of earthquake sequence type

  • Published:
Acta Seismologica Sinica

Abstract

The genetic programming for the prediction of earthquake sequence type was studied, and the reliability for a group of samples was tested. The results show that the performance of the genetic programming is good, and therefore it might be referred as an effective technique for the prediction of earthquake sequence type.
