abstract = "Over the last Twenty years, several different
techniques have been proposed for computer recognition
of human faces. The localisation of human faces in
digital images is a fundamental step in the process of
face recognition. In this paper, a Hybrid algorithm is
proposed to detect faces using Ant Colony Optimization
and Genetic programming algorithms. Evolutionary
process of Ant Colony Optimisation algorithm adapts
genetic operations to enhance ant movement towards
solution state. The algorithm converges to the optimal
final solution, by accumulating the most effective
sub-solutions.",
